Are you the go-to person for sourcing and identifying designer labels, fashion trends, and authentic vintage pieces? If so, we want you to join our team as a Vintage Curation Specialist (Senior Vintage Apparel Picker)!

In this hands-on role, you'll work behind the scenes of our thrift store, ensuring that one-of-a-kind pieces are selected, priced competitively, and ready for sale. You will also train and guide other team members to recognize vintage treasures and set them aside for your expert evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Pricing Standards: Research, evaluate, and set competitive prices based on condition, desirability, era, brand, and market demand.
  • Train your Team: Train and educate team members to recognize and set aside potential vintage pieces for assessment.
  • Authenticate & Assess: Distinguish between true vintage, authentic name brands, reproductions, and modern pieces with vintage styling.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with sought-after brands, popular eras, and retro fashion movements to ensure our selections meet customer demand.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain an organized system for tracking and documenting vintage pieces, ensuring accurate stock management and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the retail team to maintain an exciting, well-curated vintage collection.
  • Promote Sustainable Fashion: Support our mission of sustainable fashion by repurposing and curating quality vintage finds.

  • Ability to spot trends and assess market demand for different vintage styles.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sustainability and fashion history.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to train teams at other locations.
