About this Position:

Job Title: Senior UX Designer / Service Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with diverse audiences to gather actionable feedback and inform design decisions.
• Service Design & Mapping: Create comprehensive service blueprints and user journey maps to visualize end-to-end service experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
• UI Design & Prototyping: Design and build wireframes and interactive mockups , iterating on them based on user feedback to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• High-Fidelity Visual Design: Develop and deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs ready for development , complete with style guides and detailed specifications.
• Accessibility & Compliance: Act as a subject matter expert to ensure all designs strictly comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Developer Collaboration: Work directly with front-end and back-end developers to ensure design feasibility, implementation accuracy, and to help optimize front-end performance for different devices and browsers.

Technical Skills and Deliverables:

• Design Disciplines: User Research, Usability Testing, Service Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design.
• Key Deliverables: Service Blueprints, User Journey Maps, Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, High-Fidelity Mockups.
• Technical Knowledge:
• WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Standards.
• Responsive design principles for web applications.
• Understanding of modern web frameworks (e.g., Drupal), API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration Processes: Agile Methodologies, Design Thinking Workshops, Co-creation Workshops, Continuous User Feedback Loops.
