Job Description

G&E Partners are currently working with a Top 10 ENR Commercial General Contractor, seeking an experienced Senior Project Managers with data center experience for their NDA campus in Dallas.

In this role, you will join a leading GC, driving the growth and expansion of their key mission critical division in Dallas, with clear path into an executive.

Key Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive):

  • Project Leadership: Lead major projects within core markets, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners. Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery while mentoring and guiding Project Managers.
  • Business Development: Upon project completion, leverage industry relationships and collaborate with estimating teams to secure new opportunities and expand the company’s portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison for clients and key stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and favourable terms.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive construction management experience on the General Contractor side, overseeing large-scale, ground-up data center projects ($100M+).
  • Proven track record with Top ENR-ranked General Contractors .
  • Demonstrated stability in employment, with 5+ years of continuous service at a single company.
  • Extensive experience across various ground-up commercial construction sectors preferred.
  • Expertise in Data Centers on the GC side required.
  • Must be comfortable with working onsite.
