Network L3 (Cisco/Arista/Palo Alto)

Seeking a highly skilled Network Track Lead. This position is strictly an on-site requirement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco, Arista, F5 LTM/ GTM and Palo Alto devices, specifically in L3 networking.
As a Network Track Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the network infrastructure of a complex organization. You will work closely with network engineers and other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and security of the network. Your expertise in Cisco, Arista, F5 , Palo Alto and wireless networking technologies, combined with your ability to manage 24x7 operations, will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Network Architecture and Design:
• Develop and maintain network architecture and design plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new network projects.
• Oversee the implementation of network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and configurations.
Network Operations and Maintenance:
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
• Manage network security and implement measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network maintenance and support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network procedures and configurations.
Team Management and Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members meet deadlines.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and evaluation criteria.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
24x7 Operations Management:
• Develop and implement 24x7 operations procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with on-call engineers and support teams to ensure timely response to incidents.
• Manage incident response processes and post-mortem analysis.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on L3 networking.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto networking technologies, including routing, switching, Load balancing and security.
• Proven experience managing 24x7 network operations and incident response.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of network security best practices and compliance standards.
Additional Skills :
• Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and virtualization technologies

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
