Job Title: Senior Recruitment Manager / VP (Agency)

Location: Financial District - 4 days in office

Compensation: $95K–$150K base (depending on experience) + uncapped commission & quarterly bonus

Agency recruitment management experience is required.

Candidates with only corporate/internal recruitment backgrounds will not be considered.

We’re partnering with a global recruitment firm that is rebuilding, and the heart of this strategy is bringing in a proven leader for their New York office. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader in agency recruitment who can train, coach, and elevate a team. The role is about growing a high-performing team in a market-leading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop an existing team of recruiters, with headroom to grow.
• Coach, mentor, and train consultants to hit and exceed targets.
• Drive business performance across recruitment delivery, client engagement, and sales.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and long-term growth.
• Contribute to the success of the NYC office as a key leader.

Qualifications:

• Proven agency recruitment leadership experience (Manager level and above).
• Demonstrated success in managing teams, growing headcount, and driving results.
• Strong coaching and mentoring ability — not just a strong biller, but someone who elevates others.
• Track record of building client relationships and leading teams in competitive markets.
• NYC-based (4 days in office).

Compensation & Benefits:

• $95K–$150K base, depending on level of experience.
