We are currently hiring a Senior Logistics Manager to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) through the Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee complex logistics operations, coordinate teams, and ensure excellence across property management, supply chain oversight, and configuration control for one of the most operationally diverse federal agencies.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of logistics professionals supporting asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and supply chain operations
• Serve as the senior contractor point of contact for logistics task execution and reporting
• Oversee property accountability, provisioning, configuration data management, and equipment tracking
• Ensure compliance with USCG logistics standards, policy directives, and audit readiness requirements
• Coordinate team efforts in logistics system support (e.g., Oracle FAM, FLS) and maintain performance metrics
• Support enterprise logistics modernization and sustainment initiatives across shore and afloat assets
• Facilitate logistics planning, communication, and documentation in collaboration with government stakeholders

🎓 Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required)
• 10+ years of logistics management experience in federal or defense environments
• Deep expertise in property management, provisioning, asset visibility, and configuration control
• Familiarity with USCG or DoD logistics systems and policies (e.g., FLS, Oracle FAM, maintenance planning)

🧠 Preferred Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Strong team leadership, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams and complex logistics portfolios
• Experience in logistics data analysis, audit preparation, and enterprise supply operations
