Job Description

Position Overview

The Interior Designer plays a pivotal role in bringing sophisticated commercial and hospitality interior projects to life. Working closely with the Studio Lead and Design Director, this position supports all phases of the design process—from concept through completion.

This role requires collaboration with high-profile clients, such as owners of sports clubs and leaders in finance and private wealth, and calls for an ability to translate unique visions into refined, tailored spaces. Mathias Collective does not follow a single aesthetic; the work requires high-end, bespoke design decisions that meet our clients' aesthetic and operational needs.

Mathias Might Be a Good Fit If…

You’ve been at the heart of refined interior design projects, working in hospitality, corporate offices, or entertainment spaces. You bring the rare combination of technical mastery and creative intuition and lead with both. You’re confident managing complex projects, producing construction documents and three-dimensional models, and navigating client needs. Your ability to see the big picture and fine details has earned lasting trust and fans from clients and collaborators alike.

Now, you’re looking for your next chapter where you can stretch your creative thinking, elevate your technical voice, and contribute to beautiful and strategic work. You want to work with a team that values design excellence, forward-thinking processes, and meaningful collaboration.

You’d value:

  • Bridging form and function, transforming your client’s vision into bespoke, buildable outcomes that leverage your aesthetic sensibility and technical skills.
  • Working in a culture that encourages curiosity, celebrates design sensibility, and honors precision.
  • Contributing to a firm where client relationships are as thoughtfully considered as the spaces themselves.

If you’re ready for a role that celebrates and elevates your full range of creative, technical, and relational skills, we’d love to meet you.
