What You’ll Be Doing:

• Talent Acquisition : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Onboarding & Offboarding : Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
• Performance Management : Coordinate performance review cycles and support continuous feedback practices.
• Employee Relations : Provide guidance and support on employee concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Coaching & Development : Partner with managers to foster employee growth and engagement.
• HR Administration : Maintain accurate records, support compliance, and streamline HR operations.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce development.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for supporting people and processes.
