McHale Landscape Design is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to support our people-first culture and oversee essential HR operations. What a Senior HR Coordinator does:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience that reflects McHale’s culture and brand values.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication strategies.
  • Assist with performance review processes, providing guidance to managers on feedback and development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Administer benefits including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Support safety, training, and compliance programs.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of HR coordination or generalist experience (landscape, construction, design, or related industry a plus).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — required.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms (Paylocity experience preferred).
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
