🚨 Now Hiring – Senior Estimator | Heavy Civil
📍 Atlanta, GA | Up to $200K Base
We’re working with a top-tier heavy civil contractor in Atlanta that’s looking for a Senior Estimator to support major infrastructure pursuits across the Southeast.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced preconstruction pro who’s ready to lead bid efforts on complex transportation, water, or site development projects.
🔧 Core Responsibilities:
• Lead detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and schedules
• Maintain bid lists and vendor relationships
• Coordinate bid delivery, documentation, and prequal packages
• Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Oversee DBE/WBE/MBE goal tracking during preconstruction
• Review scope and pricing with subcontractors pre-award
💼 Qualifications:
• 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil or infrastructure
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management (PE preferred)
• Proficient with HCSS, HeavyBid, and PlanSwift
• Excellent communication and organization skills
