A leading healthcare organization in Dallas, Texas, is searching for an accomplished and visionary Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations to join their team. In this high-level, permanent position, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of an extensive supply chain network across multiple healthcare facilities. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain leader, you'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making at the highest level and lead transformational strategies within a dynamic sector.

• Leadership: Extensive experience leading supply chain operations for large teams in multi-facility healthcare networks, fostering transparency, collaboration, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop long-term strategic plans, set operational standards, and execute transformational initiatives.
• Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in leveraging systems like Epic and Infor to enhance operational efficiency and integration across all facilities.
• Performance Monitoring: Adept in setting, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics to ensure success and compliance with policies.
• Collaboration: Skilled in engaging with cross-functional teams, including clinical value analysis leads, procurement, and contracting teams, to foster system-wide standardization and innovation.
• Regulatory Compliance: In-depth understanding of policies and standards mandated by regulatory entities and organizational guidelines.
• Large Scope: Must have experience leading supply chain in multiple large healthcare facilities.
