Title: Senior Corporate Counsel, Technology
Location: Onsite in Westford, MA
Salary: $190K-$205K, plus annual bonus and RSU's

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance to engineering and software teams.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws, including data privacy and AI regulations.
- Oversee third-party software review policies and open-source compliance.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex transactions, licensing agreements, and regulatory matters.
- Support corporate compliance efforts, including export laws and trade regulations.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate and admission to a state bar.
- 7-10 years of legal experience, with a focus on technology and software engineering.
- Intellectual property licensing experience.
- In-house legal experience in a technology company.
- Knowledge of global data privacy laws and AI-related legal considerations.
