--Likely won't be familiar with the data you're looking at, but will have to be proactive to know who to contact to get clarity on the data
--Must have analyzed large datasets
--Heavy Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, Xlookup, Index/Match)
Consulting Background:
--Must come from a consulting company (Big 4 or other consulting companies)
--(PwC, EY, KPMG) or a leading mid-sized consultancy (e.g., Slalom, West Monroe, Protiviti, Capco, Point B, etc.)
--Want someone with a diverse background helping many clients (still good tenure), versus being with the same client for years
