Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator

Location : Union City, NJ

Salary : $200K–$250K

We're looking for an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Union City . If you have a strong track record estimating large-scale residential multifamily projects in the boroughs and are ready to take ownership of high-value developments, we want to hear from you.

This is a senior-level position focused on estimating residential multifamily projects ranging from $30M to $450M . You’ll play a critical role in preconstruction, helping shape winning strategies and ensuring the financial success of our projects from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of conceptual and detailed estimates for residential multifamily projects
• Interpret drawings, specs, and proposals to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and pricing
• Oversee bid processes, vendor outreach, and subcontractor engagement
• Provide cost evaluations and value engineering recommendations
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, architects, and engineers

Experience Required:

• 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on residential multifamily
• Deep knowledge of construction practices in NYC’s boroughs
• Experience estimating projects in the $30M–$450M range
