We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and play a critical role in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. This position will focus on content optimization, link-building strategies, and implementing SEO best practices within a WordPress environment. Prior experience in the legal industry is a plus, as is the ability to work collaboratively and think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search rankings.
• Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to enhance site performance.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical and effective link-building campaigns.
• Optimize and manage content within a WordPress environment, ensuring SEO compliance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush. 
• Stay up-to-date on SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Bring forward-thinking ideas to improve processes, tools, and techniques for SEO growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO, including content optimization and link building.
• Proficiency with WordPress and familiarity with plugins and tools for SEO management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush. 
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Forward-thinking approach to SEO strategies and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Experience working on SEO for law firms or professional services industries is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including page speed optimization, schema markup, and site architecture.
• Experience coordinating with content creators to produce high-quality, optimized content.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $55,000-$62,000
