Safety Specialist
Seeking a knowledgeable and Safety Specialist based out of Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining effective safety training programs for field personnel and project teams. You'll play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging safety training sessions for field and office employees (OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, etc.)

Develop customized safety training materials and curriculum as needed

Conduct jobsite visits to assess training effectiveness and reinforce safety best practices

Maintain accurate training records and certifications

Stay up-to-date on current OSHA regulations, industry standards, and emerging safety trends

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in construction safety or safety training (field experience a plus)

OSHA 500 or 510 certification preferred

CPR/First Aid Instructor certification a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills
