Job Title: Leasing Manager - Apartment Community
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at our Apartment Community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leasing and managing residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, showing apartments, and processing applications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity and resident information
- Rent Collections
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular market surveys to stay informed of local rental rates and trends

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing and property management preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations preferred
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
