Job Title: Registered Nurse – L&D / Postpartum / Nursery
Location: Syracuse, NY
Shift: Nights – 3x12s (36 hours/week)
Contract: 13 Weeks (High Possibility of Extension)
Status: Accepting both Local and Travel RNs
Compensation:
Up to $75/hr for Local RNs
Up to $82/hr for Travel RNs (including stipends)
Provide comprehensive care for patients during labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn nursery stay .
Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery.
Circulate and scrub for C-sections.
Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care .
Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, and the interdisciplinary care team .
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
Float between L&D, Postpartum, and Nursery as needed.
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in:
Labor & Delivery
Postpartum
Nursery
C-section circulation & scrubbing
RN License ( State-specific or Compact )
BLS – AHA
