We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our wonderful team at our dental practice in
Oakland, NJ .

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
- Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment areas.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized dental environment.
- Maintain patient records and ensure they are up to date.
- Provide patient education and comfort during treatments.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide chairside assistance, including handing instruments, materials, and supplies to the dentist during procedures.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with dental health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active RDA certification/X-ray license in the state of New Jersey.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and office protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and caring attitude toward patients.
- Experience with dental software is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday (Fridays and weekends off!)
