Key Responsibilities:

Implement Individualized Plans: Deliver ABA therapy based on BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans.
Provide Direct Therapy: Conduct engaging therapy sessions in various settings (home, school, clinic, community).
Accurate Data Collection: Record and analyze client progress data diligently.
Assist with Assessments: Support functional assessments under BCBA supervision.
Reinforce Positive Behavior: Utilize effective reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
Maintain Confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
Collaborate & Learn: Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

Active or pursuing RBT certification from the BACB.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
