ASC looking to bring on Regional Administrator! Bonus Incentives!

Oversee 3 locations with Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Physicians have an ownership or investment interest. These facilities have a combined 9 Treatment Rooms. State-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty area of Gastroenterology.

• Responsible for a minimum of 2 facilities and directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facilities while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelors degree.
• Has ASC Administrator experience or Director of Surgical Services.
• Experience in an acute care hospital space with ASC exposure.
• GI experience is a plus.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and front-line staff but also be able to hold people accountable when need be.
• Strong operations and financial experience.
• Growth minded.
