Campus Recruiting Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time during peak season
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of staffing, recruiting and operations practices, programs and plans
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Campus Coordinator experience
  • Familiarity with technology tools (Handshake, Workday, Phenom, etc.)


About The Job

Join United Airlines as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator where you will play an integral role in shaping the early career recruiting experience for our candidates and leaders. In this role, you will work closely with our campus recruiters in supporting our early career hiring activities, building knowledge of United's recruitment processes while assisting with interview coordination and new employee onboarding activity.

Core Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with candidates through all phases of the hiring cycle, scheduling virtual or in-person interviews and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Updates job postings on career boards or other platforms; reviewing internal and external data to ensure relevance.
  • Responds to recruiting related inquiries from internal or external candidates on a variety of topics such as application status and recruiting process.
  • Assists with the management of the interview process and provides formal candidate feedback as warranted.
  • Provides new hire documents to candidates and hiring managers, communicating necessary information to proceed with offers.
  • Monitor and manage recruiting inboxes and route inquiries appropriately.
  • Handle inventory management and travel planning logistics.

The base pay range for this role is $52,725.00 to $68,632.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
