Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join their team.

Monday-Friday in office, 8:30a-4:30p

Salary starting at $55,000, commensurate with experience

Commission plan

You will:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Assist with management of the overall interview, selection, and closing process through interactions with clients and candidates

You are:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required
• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably for the light industrial industry
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail crucial
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
