Location: Evans, GA

Hours: In Office 5 days a week, 8am – 4:30pm

Duration: 6 month Contract to hire

Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds both over Zoom

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Insurance company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities and ensure a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must have Office environment experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).
• Familiarity in the insurance space

Compensation: $15-20/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
