OBJECTIVE
This position will serve as the initial point of contact for City Wide Facility Solutions – Jacksonville who will provide direction and solutions to both internal and external customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include but not limited to:
· Consistent and prompt attendance
· Appropriate business casual dress
· Assist with administrative functions for the office such as lunch coordination, plaques, office name plate, etc.
· Prepare breakroom for daily use
· Prepare conference rooms for daily use
· Greet visitors pleasantly
· Assist in client issue resolution
· Route phone calls professionally
· Take and relay messages
· Handle and distribute mail
· Create Employee Badges
· Badge employees/Independent Contractors (ICs)
· Assist in copying, creating and filing of office documents
· Issue and accept job applications
· Assist with check in at ASM entertainment events
· Administer Wonderlic
Pay: $16 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:50 am - 5:00pm
Weekends as needed
· 6 months or more office administration experience
· Ability to speak, write and read English fluently
· Ability to write professional correspondence
· Ability to use phones, email, fax, Microsoft Office, and other specific computer programs written for the position
· Ability to use excellent judgement, handle confidential materials, and always display a professional demeanor
· Must possess the ability to work well with a variety of personality types in a fast-paced environment
