We are a boutique CPA firm based in the United States , specializing in Client Accounting Services (CAS) and traditional public accounting. Our goal is to focus on high-value, strategic client services by offloading operational tasks to experienced bookkeeping professionals.

We are building a remote team of skilled bookkeepers from Latin America to support our growing operations and are seeking the best QuickBooks talent available to join us immediately.

Position Overview:

As our QuickBooks Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your tasks will include data entry, reconciliations, and month-end close activities . We need an independent, proactive professional with minimal need for training , excellent English communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping operations for multiple clients using QuickBooks
• Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions
• Handle month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain organized records and assist with audits when required
• Collaborate with in-house staff to improve workflows
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English

Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience , including month-end close activities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or training
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with remote work practices and cross-border collaboration
• Availability in LATAM time zones to align with our team
