As the Quality Control Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading and executing all quality control initiatives within the distribution center to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. This role oversees product quality, inventory integrity, and outbound order accuracy while implementing continuous improvement strategies to support WHSmith’s retail customer expectations and operational performance. The Manager will partner with operations, inventory, transportation, and supply chain leadership to ensure best-in-class quality standards across the North America network.
Location: Support Center, Las Vegas, NV 89118
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40 - 50 hours per week
Pay: $75,000
