Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their project
- Solve problems quickly and professionally—making clients feel heard and valued
- Visit project sites daily to ensure smooth operations — a company vehicle is provided for your convenience
- Set clear expectations and provide updates before, during, and after projects
- Oversee job quality and progress through site visits or remote check-ins
- Help schedule, plan, and keep projects on track
- Lead a team of 8–10 installers, supporting them with resources, communication, and weekly check-ins
- Collect final payments and ensure all project documentation is complete
Qualifications:
- A people-first mindset with a passion for top-tier service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
- Background in customer service, hospitality, or project coordination
- Basic understanding of construction
