Job Description

Responsible for managing and coordinating complex utility transmission and distribution projects from start to finish. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with corporate standards by leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and managing risks. Acts as the main point of contact between engineering, procurement, operations, and clients, while also mentoring other Project Managers.

• Ensures adherence to corporate guidelines for Project Management and Controls.
• Leads project planning efforts and facilitates the development of business requirements.
• Manages complex projects involving multiple work streams, including contractors and remote teams.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans, including cost estimates and detailed schedules.
• Assembles and leads cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
• Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the project plan.
• Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Identifies, communicates, and mitigates project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provides regular updates on project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
• Trains and mentors other Project Managers to ensure consistency and excellence in project execution
