As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across key initiatives — from tracking deliverables and maintaining timelines to coordinating meetings and supporting cross-functional communication. This is a great opportunity to be part of the team shaping the next generation of casino gaming platforms, including player management systems, digital wallets, content delivery, and property integrations.
Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers across active workstreams.
Schedule and manage meetings, capture meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Open and track ServiceNow tickets related to platform updates, incidents, or enhancements.
Help maintain project documentation, task trackers, and timelines.
Assist in gathering requirements, preparing reports, and supporting vendor or stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to keep projects on track.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays when needed.
2+ years of experience in a project coordination or operations support role; experience in casino gaming, hospitality tech, or similarly regulated industries is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
Comfort using tools like ServiceNow, Excel, Smartsheet, or Visio to track tasks and workflows.
Proactive mindset and attention to detail — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the go-to person for project support.
