• Ability to move up to 50lbs (Moving Furniture without damaging)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Motivated and Skilled Cleaning technician for our company, WP Group Cleaning. We are growing extremely fast and trying to keep up. As we grow, we seek someone who can grow into a more significant and even higher-paid position. Duties:

• Perform general home cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Complete cleaning jobs as assigned
• Ability to move up to 50lbs (Moving Furniture without damaging)

Qualifications:

• To ensure job readiness, at least one year of cleaning experience in custodial work, housekeeping, or maid service is required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Clean criminal record, verified by background checks.
• Valid driver’s license/vehicle or Valid form of ID/reliable transportation
• Smart Phone for communication application (Slack) and job coordination application (Booking Koala)
• At least two references to confirm reliability and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Ability to manage difficult situations with clients or tasks.
• Good communication skills for client interactions and remote coordination.
• Friendliness and professionalism to represent the company well.
• High integrity and accountability for working in private spaces.

Recommended Cleaning Supplies (MUST HAVE YOUR OWN!!):

• Vacuum cleaner (upright or portable for versatility)
• Mop and bucket (with wringer)
• Broom and dustpan
• Microfiber cloths and dusters
• Scrub brushes (various sizes for different surfaces)
• Squeegee for windows and glass
• All-purpose cleaner (for general surfaces)
• Disinfectants (EPA-approved for sanitization)
• Glass cleaner
• Bathroom cleaner (for toilets, tubs, and tiles)
• Floor cleaner (suitable for hardwood, tile, or vinyl)
• Degreaser (for kitchens)
• Stainless steel cleaner (for appliances)
• Gloves (nitrile or latex for safety)
• Trash bags (various sizes)
• Sponges and scouring pads
• Spray bottles (for diluted solutions)
• Cleaning caddy or bag (for easy transport of supplies)

Additional Notes:

• Bonus per job for candidates providing specialized equipment including steamer, shampooer, and upholstery cleaner.
• This position primarily focuses on general house cleaning duties. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping may be beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
