Production Supervisor:

Location: Arcadia, Wisconsin

Job Description:

• Supervise cheese/whey department employees.
• Lead Team with safety, quality, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaison for the floor software controls, assisting with training operators.
• React well under pressure. Treats others with respect.
• Set expectations, maintain good housekeeping and clean Production equipment.area.
• Order all ingredients and supplies.
• Establish SOPs and monitor compliance and effectiveness.
• Monitor cheese yields, moisture and butterfat losses.

• Good understanding of the products manufactured and the processes involved.

• Valid drivers’ license.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Food manufacturing, material handling and forklift operation experience preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience in a dairy plant a plus
• SQF, HACCP, GMP’s, OSHA and loss control programs

Compensation: $60-75K + Bonuses and full-time benefits(healthcare, 401K etc.)
