Job description:
Caroba Plastics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our daily plastics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of organizing operations for production efficiency, plastic production processes, including safety, and quality control. You will lead, train, and mentor a team of production employees to ensure that products meet high-quality standards and are manufactured safely and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
** Production oversigh
**t: Supervise, Train and coordinate all daily activities of production line workers, machine operators, and material technicians to meet production schedules.
** Quality control
**: Ensure all plastic products meet company quality standards and customer specifications by working with our quality department and processing technicians.
** Team management
**: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
** Equipment management
**: Ensure all production equipment and machinery are operated correctly and maintained in good working order. Coordinate with maintenance teams on repairs and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with specific experience in plastics processing (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift- up to 25–50 pounds.

Morning: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Afternoon: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
Night: 12:00 am to 8:00 am
