Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Scheduler position include:

• 3–5 years of experience in scheduling within a manufacturing environment, preferably with metal fabrication background.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus), MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to read blueprints and understand advanced planning and scheduling concepts
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure on-time delivery and minimize overtime
• Interface with customer service to manage order updates, changes, and expediting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in company audits
• Prepare and deliver performance/status reports as needed
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with a 3% match plus 50% of the next 2%, and six medical plan options, some of which cover 100% of the employee portion depending on plan selection.
