We're seeking a Production Manager to oversee night shift operations and lead high-performing teams in the food manufacturing industry.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
In this role, you'll guide production teams to meet operational goals, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement. You'll analyze performance metrics, adapt production plans, and foster a collaborative work environment.
