Product Director – Engineered Systems (Heat Exchangers)

Tonawanda, NY area | Full-Time | Base $75k+ ~20k bonus+ benefits

Are you a technically driven, results-oriented professional ready to lead a critical product line in one of the fastest-growing sectors of industrial water technology? As the Product Director – Heat Exchangers , you'll serve as the subject matter expert for a line of highly engineered heat exchanger solutions used across demanding industrial and municipal environments. Your focus will be clear: drive measurable growth by increasing product visibility, enhancing application support, and delivering exceptional value to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the heat exchanger product category by aggressively pursuing and quoting relevant projects
  • Deliver training to reps, distributors, key accounts, and end-users to drive awareness and correct application
  • Provide hands-on technical support to internal teams and external partners
  • Act as the market expert—gather intelligence and share insights that guide strategy and innovation

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience in sales or business development of engineered industrial products
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel distribution and manufacturer value propositions
  • Confidence in customer-facing conversations—building trust and translating technical features into business value
  • A self-driven, hunter mindset with adaptability and creative problem-solving ability
