Job Title : Process Engineer

Salary : $125,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits (Insurance, 401k, etc.)

You're the kind of engineer who doesn’t just want to keep the line running — you want to make it run better, smarter, faster. And not because someone told you to. Because that’s how you’re wired.

One of our clients, a growing CPG manufacturer producing aseptic products for US consumers, needs a Process Engineer who gets how processing systems work — and knows how to make them better.

You’ll report directly to the Engineering Manager , who (thankfully) understands the difference between micromanagement and support. Your main job? Understand the current systems. Then break them down, rebuild them better, and make a real difference in performance.

This isn't about babysitting old systems. It's about asking:

• “Why do we do it this way?”
• “Can we do it better?”
• “What’s the ROI on that new tech — and will it actually work on our line?”

You’ll be expected to:

• Dig into process data and find the stories it’s telling
• Spot inefficiencies, develop smarter solutions, and actually implement them
• Recommend and help bring in new technology
• Drive improvements in product quality, shelf life, and yield
• Help reduce costs without cutting corners

What kind of background are we looking for?

Someone who’s done this before in a CPG manufacturing environment — ideally with aseptic processing. You’ve probably got a degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or similar), but more importantly, you’ve got the results to prove you know what you’re doing.
