Job Title: Veterinary Practice Manager

Location: Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a high standard of care and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial projections, and billing practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of medical supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to veterinary practice.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in veterinary management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
