Job Description

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner  for a position with a Neurology and Pain Management Practice. This is a full time position with benefits.

Job Qualifications/Job Duties :

• Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• 1 year of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience
• The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will work independently and collaboratively with an outstanding team to provide comprehensive care for adult patients with painful disorders.
• The  NP PA provides specialized care by performing comprehensive assessments, ordering/reviewing diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans consisting of interventional and physical therapies, pharmacologic management and patient education.
• The NP or PAs utilize additional skills by performing minor, office-based injections.
• Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm, and Friday 8am to 1:30pm

Compensation Package

• The salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 and is based on experience. 
• Comprehensive benefits plan to include medical, dental, vision, malpractice.
• 24 days PTO
• 6 paid holidays
• $2500 CME and 3 paid days.
• licensing fees and dues.
• Benefits are paid for by the Employer.
