Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Washington, MO. This is a Full-time, 12 weeks contract for 1st Shift (Weekdays).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist II to support our high-volume site in Washington, MO. This role requires strong patient interaction, adherence to safety and procedures, and excellent phlebotomy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized venipuncture procedures (pediatric, geriatric, capillary).
• Accurately verify and label specimens in the presence of patients.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and confidentiality.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel between collection sites as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required); medical or paramedic training preferred
• Reliable personal transportation required
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections (required)

Additional Information:

• Location: Washington, MO
• Job Type: 12-wks contract
• Shifts: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Range : $20 - $24 per hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
