Personal Lines Account Manager - HNW
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Regional agency with a great culture is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with High Net Worth (HNW) experience to deliver exceptional service and manage both the new and renewal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HNW Personal Lines accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle new business and renewals, including policy change requests, binders, certs, and quoting.
- Handle the day-to-day workflow of insurance processing while supporting the client's needs.
- Use EPIC agency management system to keep accurate records.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years in personal lines insurance account management, ideally in an independent agency and HNW experience.
- Active P&C license .
- Expertise in personal insurance products, including Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati & PURE.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
