Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Translate design sketches into accurate patterns.
• Develop first patterns using traditional and/or CAD methods.
• Conduct pattern adjustments based on fit sessions.
• Work closely with designers and technical teams to ensure accuracy.
• V. Handle pattern size grading
• Manage and create digital pattern library
• Optimize fabric layouts for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of pattern-making experience.

• Expertise in both manual and digital pattern creation (Gerber, Lectra).

• Strong understanding of garment construction.

• Experience with luxury fabrics.

• 2+ years of CAD experience.

• Proficiency in Gerber or Lectra.

• Strong understanding of pattern making
