Job Description

We’re looking for a talented   baker   to join the opening team at   Two Cookies -  a new cookie brand built around high-quality ingredients, refined techniques, and a unique take on nostalgic favorites. This isn’t mass-produced or “cheap cookie shop” baking, we’re developing a line of cookies that stand apart for their   flavor, balance, and craftsmanship.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake cookies daily/weekly to consistent standards (including our signature dark chocolate chip, brown butter base, and rotating seasonal specials).
• Manage dough preparation, scaling, and portioning with precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management, and prep as needed.
• Contribute ideas for new flavors or refinements — creativity is welcome.

Qualifications:

• Previous professional baking or pastry experience preferred (restaurant, bakery, or café).
• Strong knowledge of classic techniques (butter handling, chocolate tempering basics, dough mixing).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to execute recipes with precision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a small team.
• Passion for quality and pride in your craft.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
