Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate

Location: ABEDNEGO, Nashville, TN

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Wednesday-Friday, including two weekends a month. 20-32hrs per week.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate at ABEDNEGO, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store's products and current trends
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organizing the sales floor
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Help with inventory management and stock organization
• Ensure that the boutique meets its sales goals and delivers excellent customer satisfaction
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies
• Support seasonal promotions, sales events, and store celebrations

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is required
• A passion for fashion and trends, with a strong interest in women’s clothing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including two weekends a month
• Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual
