Pay: $79k+ Salary (commensurate with experience) and $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Flexible Scheduling

Job Summary: St. John's Health is seeking a dedicated and Outpatient Occupational Therapist with orthopedic and neuro experience to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to outpatient clients, helping them achieve optimal recovery and improved quality of life. • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Close communication with referral sources
• Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Strong documentation skills recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process

• Passion around serving others!
• Wyoming license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• Must have pediatric and adult experience.
• Rotating weekends required between 5 therapists.
