Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist who is willing to travel to patients' homes to provide therapy services. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently while making a significant impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-home occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve skills needed for daily living and working.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment usage.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in care plan meetings and provide recommendations for continued care.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license and certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel to various patient locations.
