AIA Cleveland is a vibrant chapter of the American Institute of Architects, dedicated to advancing the architecture profession, promoting design excellence, and advocating for a better built environment. We support architects and allied professionals through robust programs, strategic partnerships, and meaningful leadership opportunities.
We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Executive Director to lead and manage operations, drive member and sponsor engagement, and help the Board achieve its strategic goals.

Job Summary
Reporting to the AIA Cleveland Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the chapter’s chief administrative officer. This individual is responsible for daily operations, financial management, communications, membership engagement, programming, sponsor relations, and board support. The Executive Director works collaboratively with a dedicated volunteer board and committee chairs to deliver programs and initiatives that reflect the chapter’s mission.
