Nanny (FT)

Job #: J2001.

Location: NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV.

Days: Monday to Friday (but needs to be flexible to work weekends when needed).

Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM ( Needs flexibility as the hours can change).

Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour.

Additional Benefits: Vacation, medical, PTO, bonus.

Start Date: 9/11/2025.

A family in Las Vegas is seeking a warm and experienced Nanny to care for two children in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include maintaining daily routines, preparing meals and bottles, engaging in educational and creative activities, supporting developmental milestones, and managing light housekeeping related to the children. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and communicates clearly with parents about the children’s routines and progress. There are 4 dogs in the home and other animals on the property.

Main Work Duties:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care to both children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
• Maintain consistent daily routines, including feeding, naps, playtime, and outings.
• Prepare bottles and nutritious meals or snacks appropriate for each child’s age and dietary needs.
• Engage the children in age-appropriate educational and creative activities to support their. development-reading, music, sensory play, and outdoor exploration.
• Handle diapering, bathing, dressing, and general hygiene routines.
• Support developmental milestones such as crawling, walking, language development, and early socialization.
• Keep children’s areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Manage light housekeeping related to the children, including laundry, dishes, and toy organization.
• Communicate daily updates to parents regarding routines, progress, and any concerns.

• Reliable, responsible, and proactive in anticipating family needs.
• Highly attentive to detail and safety.
• Energetic and creative in engaging children.
• Organized and consistent in maintaining structure and routine.
• Excellent communicator who works in partnership with parents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of nanny experience for a private home.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid US Passport.
