Vaco Staffing is recruiting for a Mitigation Coordinator for a client in Sheboygan, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Instructs Crew Members on the scope of work.
• Maintains accurate time keeping information and job notes on daily time and materials sheets.
• Collects job progress photos using a smartphone and relevant applications
• Demonstrates proficiencies in the knowledge of general construction and property damage mitigation and restoration means and methods.
• Occasional travel to customer sites.
• Works with insurance companies on necessary information.
• Documents and tracks company equipment on assigned projects.
• Takes instruction from assigned project manager and communicates with them on a daily basis.
• Maintains and submits an accurate timesheet each week.

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Miniumium of 1 year of construction industry experience
• 2+ years experience managing a small construction team
• Able to rotate through an on-call schedule for emergency situations.
