Great opportunity for a direct hire role with a great company supporting middleware technology. Responsibilities would include day-to-day hands-on support for the Middleware Systems portfolio for key systems administration initiatives and ensure the integrity of the distributed platform hosting services for various critical payment applications. Providing 24x7 service coverage of all Middleware Service Offerings, prepare technical deployment plans and system utilization reports, working with other technical staff to coordinate activities and implementations, follow and document procedures, respond, track, and escalate systems incidents in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
General understanding of core Middleware technologies (MQ, FTP)
Experience leveraging ITIL frameworks
Ability to travel (10%) to other company locations
